PVC patches are a modern alternative to the more common embroidered patch. Made of a durable plastic, PVC comes in an endless array of colors that can bring your custom design to life with a look and feel that is unachievable with embroidery. Because of their durability, PVC patches are a great option for outdoor applications. They are naturally waterproof so your brand can be on display year round, even in the roughest and toughest environments.
Because our patches are fabricated by using soft, malleable rubber, creating your pieces in any shape, and in a multitude of sizes and thicknesses is available. The size and thickness should depend on the intended use, who will be receiving the finished patches, and your overall budget. We are capable of creating artwork as small as ?”, as large as 16 inches. The thickness is also customizable, offered in varied sizes between 1 and 4 mm, depending on what would best suit your brand. Typically, our standard thickness is 2.5 mm for a standard 2.75” logo, but we will work with you in determining what is best for your overall concept.

Our custom rubber badges are made from soft PVC injected into a cast mold to set. They are available in both a 2D and 3D finish, although 3D is only available upon request and all pricing is based on 2D. We are able to match the rubber colors to Pantone references supplied so please include Pantone's in your artwork.

Custom PVC patches are designed and fabricated with a sewing channel. If you are looking for an alternative backing, we offer a 3m adhesive to create a strong bond to most any surfaces. This will make an incredible bond and will be hard to remove. Fasterner Hook can be added using a strong hook and loop attachment. 6.Do we do Customized design?
Yes,we always do custom designs (OEM) and use standard pan-tone color. All the ribbons can be customized with your own brand logo in different process of printing and woven. It’s free to make mock-up design of some product such as labels, lanyards, embroidery patches and so on if you provide us with Adobe illustrator format file.
7.What's the main material made?
Polyester, nylon, rayon, polyamide, PP, Spandex, rubber etc.
8.What's MOQ of our products?
Satin ribbon, Grosgrain Ribbon, Velvet Ribbon are only one roll about 100yds per color/ size;
Garment label is 100 pcs per order.
