Do you do Customized design?
Yes,we always do custom designs.
Send us your own design artwork in Adobe illustrator (AI) or PDF format file and we always make pre-production sample for your approve before mass production going.
If your design is not too complicated, we also accept JPG files.
What's the main material available for your products ?
Non stretch products made of Polyester, nylon,rayon,polyamide,PP etc.
Stretch products made of polyester/spandex,nylon/spandex,or lycra etc.
What's MOQ for your product?
For satin ribbon,Grosgrain Ribbon,Velvet Ribbon,100yds per colour,size only becz we have more than 100,000,000yds in stock.
For woven Label,Embroidery patch,100pcs acceptable.
For elastic webbing,2000meters is ok.
For lanyard,suspender,belt,usually 500pcs.
What's sampling time?
It usually take 5days for labels,7-10days for print ribbons.
And 14days for elastic webbing on custom design.
What's mass production time?
For regular satin ribbon,grosgrain ribbon in stock-sale range, it only need 2days;
Normally 14days depending on mass production schedule.
What's sampling charge?
NO NEED charge for patch,embroidery emblem,woven label etc.
And sometimes we can develop free sample with available material if customer agree.
But us$50 normally for elastic webbing etc.
Could I get free sample and catalogue?
Sure,ready-made samples can be provided without any charge,but usually cusomer need to pay for freight.
You can collect it from our company with nominated courier account.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T,Western Union, Money Gram,L/C at sight,but sorry we don't accept credit card.
What's your Shipment way?
UPS, DHL, FEDEX, EMS for small qty.
International shipping by sea, by air for lots goods.
